Active@ Disk Image relies on VSS service when creating an image. It may fail with error "Error calling a routine on a Shadow Copy Provider".
To identify this issue examine Windows Event Log using Event Viewer. The error is identified by Event ID 12293 and an error message "Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Error calling a routine on a Shadow Copy Provider XXX. Routine details XXX [hr = XXX]. XXX
