VSS error reported and event 5013 or event 12302 is logged when creating an image

Active@ Disk Image relies on VSS service when creating an image. If it fails Active@ Disk Image reports a VSS error in the log.

To identify this issue examine Windows Event Log using Event Viewer. The error is identified by Event ID 12293 or 5013. If this is the case, visit Microsoft Knowledge Base for more information:
